1. Return Eligibility

Products showing signs of wear, scratches, or alteration after delivery.

Products returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories.

Products returned without proof of purchase.

Gift cards, promotional items, or free gifts (if applicable).
3. Return Request Process
To initiate a return:

Share clear photographs and an unboxing video showing the issue.

Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

If approved, return instructions will be shared.
Please do not ship any product back without prior approval. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
4. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and successfully inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving a wrong or damaged product).

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
9. Failed Deliveries
If an order is returned to us due to:

Refusal to accept delivery,
additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch. Refunds, if applicable, may be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges.
